I do not recognise you..........your office is a corporate fictional dead entity and as you are an officer (representative) of a dead fiction. Any title you work under makes you an object, a thing and not a real flesh and blood man/woman/being, you claim  titles like  Garda, TV Licence Inspector, Constable, Traffic Warden, Chief Exective Officer etc etc. So I cannot as a Sovereign flesh and blood  being interact/talk/see/hear or recognise anything that is not  real, if I did it would be tantamount to fraud and dishonesty, because I would be making a false claim that I see something that clearly does not exist. I also do not recognise any fictional legal title/name that was bestowed on me at birth without my consent. Therefore I do not have to answer to any name/title or otherwise that can only exist on paper. I’am Sovereign on the land of Eire , Me, Myself, and I. I cannot and do not recognise you.

I do not understand your intent..............you assume that I ‘am  a corporate fictional entity like yourself, through this illusion you further assume that you may have some sort of binding contract with the legal fictional/entity/name that you assume I hold claim/title to. I do not understand your intent because how can you ever intend to have a contract with a Sovereign flesh and blood being who is without title, is not legally bound and answers to no one.  I stand in Sovereign Eire and in Gods Kingdom only, governed by the natural law’s of mother earth. Our Sovereign standing is clearly defined in the first line of the preamble of the Irish constitution..... “In the Name of the Most Holy Trinity, from Whom is all authority”

Your intent is deluded and relies on “we the people” standing in or under your alleged presumed authority. I do not and cannot understand your intent.

I do not have an international treaty with you..........because I am a living/breathing sovereign human being, and not a legal corporate fictional entity (a name), I am known in your legal fictional world as a Foreign Jurisdiction and not a Legal Jurisdiction. I am foreign to your CORPorate fictional world.

Legal (corporate) fictional Jurisdictions can only have contracts/treaties with other Legal (corporate) fictional Jurisdiction’s (corporation to corporation) (name to name) therefore an International Treaty is required to contract between the CORPoration and the LIVING man. “I do not have an International treaty with you” is saying simply that we do not have a contract unless I am asleep and believe a lifetime of brainwashing through the (sch )-fool system and the media that I am the fictional entity (the name) that usually answers to  the  title Mr. or Mrs. or otherwise. These names or titles are the Legal Entity Identity forced upon my being at birth by third parties without my consent or knowledge. If I did answer to the fictional titles/names forced upon my being, could any assumed treaty or contract be documented and verified by any corporation making such a claim?  I am sovereign and as''every man is a nation unto himself'' an International treaty is required between nations in order to have a binding contract.

No assured value. ………means any demands for your money has no real value because you were not supplied with nor did you order any goods, or services. If you were supplied with assured valuable goods or services (that you requested) then naturally you would have also been supplied with a valid invoice. In this case you would honour the contract and pay the bill. So when you get a demand for rates, income tax, property tax, household tax, TV licence tax etc, just simply ask yourself: - what did you get supplied with? ……. It shouldn’t take you very long to work out the answer. NOTHING nothing of any value…. You didn’t order anything and nothing was ever given or received except a demand or a notice. So if there wasn’t anything supplied or requested or ordered by me then why would I pay? This is the reason why you never get a true valid invoice from these people. A demand for your money by a corporation with the threat of court if you don’t pay up, is no different to a demand by a gangster for your money with a threat of violence if you do not comply. There is no assured value. So there can’t be a debt owed.

No liability…means if there is no assured value then there cant be a liability or an obligation to pay. There cant be a liability simply because there is no evidence of harm, loss or injury caused to another human being and there is/was nothing of any substance or value ever exchanged. By returning a letter (contract) with “no liability” on it you are not accepting any claims of liability from any corporation that deems such a liability to exist.  In contrast to this if a valid true bill/invoice is issued and a contract willingly entered into by consent and a being accepted the terms and conditions and received the services and/or goods, and then decided not to pay thereby causing another being some loss, then there is a liability simply because something of value changed hands and a contract was dishonoured resulting in loss.

There is only the illusion of a perceived value existing on paper in their fictional world. and by reading them you become  SPELLBOUND! by their clever manipulation of words and the language.

They need YOU! To give life to this illusion by recognising it as being real. If you recognise it then you give it form and life…. so this then clearly tells you that its YOU! that has the real power, , they always need YOU! to bring their paper fictional demands alive, why? Simply because AND NEVER FORGET… that always…. YOU ARE THE SOVEREIGN!

           have to say great meet up last night, great turn out as well roughly 25 people......hope you all enjoyed the Irish water meter info leaflet expose presentation and more importantly the SOLUTION!, which is -
very simple although it does take time to free yourself from you answering to your name etc and to understand that all legal/SO CALLED law is all contracts. But more importantly practise standing up and
realise that you do not ....EVER have to enter into any contract, all you have to do is to never EVER! speak on the subject of water meters to any official, council worker
or info. gatherer who may land on your doorstep........ask yourself this are you obliged to answer your door ever? never mind answering to questions. Page 8 of the leaflet clearly states:- "before billing commences Irish Water will contact you to ensure that it has the correct details to bill you accurately" this says it all....they are telling you here that they need YOU!!! to give THEM!!! the info in order for THEM!! to proceed to bill YOU!! Make sure you return all mail to sender and put this sticker on it ....get sticker here- https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B6uBM6UVHuXpNlFYd2YxblZvVk0/edit?usp=sharing.......also make sure return address is on outside of letter, the P.O do not know by the franking stamp the return address and your letter will end up in Athlone for a good 3 months before it gets back to the sender. Someone suggested at the meeting that the revenue will just come and take the water charge from your bank account.......this is nonsense...ask yourself this....if you do not pay your telephone bill or electric bill does the revenue come and take it from your bank account???.....of course not.....Thanks to Ben and his brother Dan for adding some sovereignty to the proceeding and making clear what a contract is and making it clear that you must always make a counter offer or your silence will equal consent. Perhaps we might get Ben to present his recent adventures in legal la la land for the next meet up and how he endured being coerced into a contract and how he came out with a very favourable outcome

In the second half the Skype in with Rev Rashers was very informative.....starting off with Rashers giving us the history of his financial situation etc.  and giving us information about how the Sheriff writ works and the fact that it was the registrar who came in the guise of the Sheriff and not the revenue Sheriff, we concluded from this that it be a would good idea to do the sheriff writ to both. Rashers then went on to explain what MMS was and how it worked in the body, this was very informative, he went on to explain the successes of MMS against cancer and how it is especially effective in treating testicular and prostate cancers as well as many other diseases. Noel suggested letters or proposal to council by we the people/forum4change to demand that the council remove the flouride from our water, Mari thought this also was a good idea......Noel agreed to draft a letter and it will be forwarded to all to add to or amend.

ONLY IF YOU LET THEM !!!....You can bet a person's employer will come to them with pieces of paper to be signed in order for revenue to take money out of wages etc....and social welfare will do same....They then will look for info about your house etc after you signed (agreed)....all the person has to do is not accept any paper work and state clearly by words or in writing that they are "happy with the contract as it stands"...all law/legislation is contracts...."you don't like the terms and conditions" then don't fill in or sign any documents... because if you do you then agree. If they could do this without the paper work, then you would not be informed, they would just take it......but they don't because that would be stealing and they always have to have clean hands.....they need your consent, its as simple as that! And don't fill out or sign any form saying "you don't agree" to pay either because that causes a dispute on the contract which you just acknowledged. Also return all their correspondence to sender.

"Forum4Change" meet up is this Monday 25th Feb (and last Mon. of every month) at 8pm Atlantic Bar, Main St. Buncrana Co Donegal 

The Forum4Change meet up is this Monday 25th Feb.at 8pm Atlantic Bar Main St Buncrana Co Donegal, people do attend from far and wide and it is a great evening of information sharing and social interaction, which is what Forum4Change is all about. The last meet up we focused a lot on DDI policies etc and it was a good productive evening......but this time we need to focus more on solutions and ways and how we can avoid contracting with the system so as we can end up with more money in our pockets for the essentials.
With that in mind I will be doing a short 1/2 hour presentation on water meters and highlighting the propaganda in the recent "Transforming Water Services in Ireland" booklet that was delivered to every home last week. (bring this booklet along if you have one) I will show you a simple trouble free solution/method of how you will never ever have to pay water rates!... EVER!!!
NO! and its not by putting cement in your meter!!!
Rev Rashers from TNS Radio will be live via Skype on the big screen at around 9.30pm, he will be talking about his recent eviction attempt, how he is doing now, his use of RTS labels and finally a talk about the marvellous healing properties of MMS, and how he has helped many people with  this little known substance.
